RIOKS is a development company that is specialized in separation equipment for the pulp and paper industry.
Our special know-how is disc filter for dewatering and white water cleaning (Save-all), where we have achieved several patented innovations during the latest years.
We perform development tasks for suppliers of separation equipment.
For the pulp- and paper mills we perform evaluations, troubleshooting
and also give advices at purchases of separation equipments.
We are also supplier of the unique ”during operation” cleanable spray nozzle ”C-Nozzle” that has been sold in tens of thousands all around the world.
We can now also supply the new high capacity tube ”HC-Tube” for green and white liquor filtration.

 

The cleanable C-Nozzle is occurring frequently in disc filters.

 

Typical use of the new HC-Tube is in a clarifil for filtration of green and white liquor.

As the nozzle can be cleaned during the disc filters operation, stops for cleaning of nozzles is not needed.

 

The strong tube design gives a long lifetime and the big open area under the filter cloth gives a high capacity.
